			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The idea of the triathlon race started from a perimeter relay in 1977 and the first ironman triathlon race was formally held in Hawaii on February 18, 1978. The triathlon competition is basically the test for the toughest man alive in the world. The triathlon race is a continuous course that usually takes 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of cycling and about 26 miles of running without any break in between. This event pushes the endurance of its participants to the fullest.</p>
<p>Considering joining a triathlon competition may be a good idea. However, if you have never been engaged in any endurance sports lately, it is best that you start with the proper training. Here are some suggestions on how to go about the triathlon training.</p>
<p>First, consider your own pace. There is no need to rush things especially when you have just started doing the basics.<br />
Second, start with a good stretch workout. This will increase muscle flexibility that enhances your body movements.<br />
Third, learn to understand the limits of your body. Do not try to push yourself too hard when you feel overly tired.<br />
Fourth, in order to be consistent with your daily training, there is no need to create an ideal workout schedule. As much as possible stick with what you are getting used as this will improve over time.<br />
And lastly, consider what you are getting into. The race is no joke and that you have to train harder for the competition.</p>
<p>Aside from the physical training, include a healthy diet in your daily regimen. This will make your immune system a lot stronger keeping you away from various sickness.</p>
