Skateboarding is one of the most popular and sought after games in the history of extreme sports. Skateboarding was probably born in the late 1940s or early 1950s when surfers in California wanted to surf when the waves were flat.
These first skateboarders started with boards(wooden box) with roller skate wheels attached to the bottom. The boxes turned into planks, and eventually companies were producing decks of pressed layers of wood. During this time, skateboarding was seen as something to do for fun besides surfing. The current generation of skateboards is dominated by street skating, which literally means skating across the street.
Enough on the inputs of the history of skateboarding and lets proceed to what we call the Goofy vs. Regular, it is a game wherein a particular skateboarding stance represented by two teams compete. There are only two stances, one is Goofy – the left foot is placed nearest the nose of the board and the other one is the regular which is the Goofy’s opposite. The mechanics of the game is very simple, each team must have a team captain. Both teams are going to compete by trying to outdo each other’s tricks and pulling each other’s gun to remain in the game. For example, the player of the other team does a kickflip and he landed it smoothly, the other player from the other team must do the same and nail it. Otherwise, the judges places an “S” on their team and so on. The team who has bailed most, slammed or touch the floor and formed the word S-K-A-T-E without a doubt forfeits that round. A toss coin will follow next to know who will “rip” first on the next round (who starts the game).
